Sita sat at the edge of the lake, crouching down while drinking her fill. She had just finished training and she needed something more filling than water. Silently she prowled and easily caught a deer that she immediately started drinking from.

Yeu was wandering aimlessy in the woods. He knew he could never escape the calls of innocent deaths to his heart but after trying in vain to save everyone that he foresaw was in trouble was quickly becoming tiresome and more people died in the place of ones he had saved.
That's what this was a break, a rethinking of strategy. The only good that had come from it was that he could now see events that didn't directly tie in with disrupting balance. He had focused deeper in the forest away from the towns there the only innocent things were animals and their death didn't hurt him as much... their death was for the purpose of keeping other innocent animals alive.
A familair aura... whose... he searched him mind and consentrated on the aura. The shape shifting vampire was covering a fading aura... a fox he guessed by the size of its aura at the time. Yeu began whistling, he didn't want a repeat of what happened last time he appoached her so he let the sound warn her before she found him by other means. He wasn't heading to her but he was keeping a close eye on what she was doing.

She heard the whistling and cocked her ears. ~You can come closer I'm just finishing my meal.~ She pulled away and started to skin the deer.

He slowly started walking towards her still whistling. Curious she had acted so hostile the last time he approached her... she must not realize who she's permitting to come closer... that was the only thing that made sense to him at this point.

Sita laughed slightly, "You must learn to cover your thoughts, yes I know that's it you Yeu." She finished skinning the deer and rolled the hide up.

That's strange he should have a natural defence against people reading his mind. Was it only that the secerts would be safe and nothing else.
He cursed under his breath. He quickly realized that if he was right about this flaw, that was never mentioned to him, she would have heard that too. "I'm sorry, I've never had need to hide my thoughts before and I didn't think even in the pressence of one such as yourself that I would need to."

Sita laughed slightly, "My father trained me so nothing could stop me." It wasn't a nice laugh, more like angry laugh.

Father... if a vampire he shouldn't have that kind of ability. No vampire should being a creature of this planet. That only left two places Heaven or Hell that it could have come from in his views.
He took a quick sniff of the air about her. The stench of demons lingured around her. And one very powerful one came through more than any other. His mouth went dry. He knew without saying or thinking who her father was.
"I see..." He said not knowing what else to say.

She reached her arms up and grabbed the branch over head. She swung up on it and wrapped her legs over it so she was hanging upside down. "I see you've smelled my father. Yes he does have a distinctave sent. But so does everyone else. Me for instance, I have a smell of roses, demons, and rain."

He gave another sniff and picked up on the other two smells along with some others that signaled some of the places she had been including Blue Ridge. "I'm surprised... Most people have no clue that they even carry smells with them, let alone know what they are."
"My own must be an oddity to you?," He grinned. He was trying to keep his mind but was finding it hard.
Being not of this world he would really have been surpised if she described his smell easily.
